Life at The Estates at Dundee Hills moves with the land. Mornings open to vineyard light. Days unfold through gardens, kitchens, and quiet conversations. Evenings gather around the table, shaped by what the season offers and the company you keep.
At Black Walnut Inn & Vineyard and The Grange Estate offers two distinct expressions — shaped by light, landscape, and a sense of ease that invites you to slow down and stay awhile.
Guests are invited to step into the landscape alongside the chef, gathering ingredients that shape the meal ahead. Seasonal herbs, greens, and wild elements are discovered on foot, turning the land itself into the first course.
Beyond the vines and gardens, the estates are home to a small community of the animals that embody its working rhythm - including our two new miniature donkeys. Guests are welcome to meet and observe them up close, adding a gentle, human warmth to the experience of being here.
Winding paths lead through the vineyards and up to quiet vantage points where the Dundee Hills open wide. From these elevated views, guests can take in the rolling rows of vines, distant mountain silhouettes, and the shifting light that defines each hour of the day.
At Anthology, elevated tasting experiences unfold communally, guided by the season and inspired by what’s growing nearby. Ingredients are gathered, dishes are shared, and wine flows easily — encouraging conversation, curiosity, and connection.
dining here isn’t rushed. It’s remembered. You don’t see the valley all at once— you meet it moment by moment. Whether it’s a vineyard tasting on a sun-lit terrace, harvest festival, or a quiet walk through gardens in bloom, the valley invites you to arrive, observe, and remember.
From intimate celebrations to thoughtful retreats, gatherings at the estates are shaped by landscape, season, and shared experience—never spectacle.
Here, groups come together with intention, supported by wines, meaningful meals, and gracious hosting.
