  • Black Walnut Inn & Vineyard - The heart of the estate. Home to guest accommodations, daily breakfast service, and panoramic valley views. The Cellar is located on the lower level, offering a relaxed setting for evening cocktails and curated menus.
  • The Grange Estate - A uniquely-Oregon in, this estate offers elevated privacy while remaining steps from vineyards, tasting rooms, and estate programming.
  • Grange Winery - Home to The Four Graces Tasting Room and Anthology. This is the estate’s culinary and wine destination — where vineyard-driven tastings and seasonal dining experiences reflect the land.
  • Vineyard Ridge - A private hilltop residence available for short-term stays. Perched above the vineyard blocks, Vineyard Ridge offers expansive views and elevated privacy within the estate.
  • Fairview Estate - A expansive private residence nestled within the property featuring panoramic views of Dundee Hills. 
  • Chef’s Garden - Seasonal produce grown for estate dining and culinary programming. The garden supports Anthology and curated tasting experiences throughout the year.
  • Apiary - On-site beekeeping supporting the estate’s agricultural ecosystem and kitchen programming.
  • The Barn - A working farm space and guest experience destination. Home to the estate’s pigs, chickens, goats, and miniature donkeys — offering agricultural immersion and seasonal farm moments that reflect Oregon’s rural character.
