Reservation Deposit

A deposit for the first night’s stay is required for all reservations. Reservations for five or more rooms are considered a group reservation and require completion of a group agreement as well as a refundable group deposit. Please email sales@foleyentertainmentgroup.com for assistance with group reservations.

The following information is appreciated in order to enhance your experience:

• Names: Please provide the names of both guests in your guest room.
• Allergies: We are able to accommodate a range of dietary restrictions and preferences with advance notice.
• Special Occasions: Please let us know if you are celebrating a special occasion during your stay.

Black Walnut Inn and The Grange Estate are intimate properties, and cancellations significantly impact our business; therefore we follow a strict cancellation and change policy. We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance to guard against unexpected changes in your travel plans.

Room Reservations

• A deposit equal to one night’s room and tax will be charged at the time of booking.
  Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date forfeits the first night's room and tax
  
  

Room Occupancy

All rooms at both Black Walnut Inn and The Grange Estate are double occupancy with one king-sized bed.

Additional Guests

A limited number of suites allow space for a rollaway bed for a maximum of three guests per room. Rollaways may be accommodated in Rooms One, Six, Seven, and Nine at Black Walnut Inn, and in Jory and Laurelwood at The Grange Estate. Rollaway beds are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and are not guaranteed.

Adults Only

All guests must be at least 21 years old to stay with us. We are not able to accept reservations with infants, children or young adults under the age of 21.

Visitors

The Inn and Estate are open between 12:00pm and 4:00pm to host non-overnight guests. We may accommodate visitors for select experiences when reserved in advance. Please contact us for more information.

We look forward to welcoming you and your dog(s) to Black Walnut Inn & Vineyard. A one-time, non-refundable fee of $150 will be charged to your room ($50 for an additional dog, two dogs maximum). Dogs must be leashed at all times around the property while staying with us. We only allow dogs at this time, please leave all other pets at home. In compliance with applicable law, service animals as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are permitted at all times, are not subject to any fees or additional charges, and are not subject to access restrictions within the property.

Unfortunately, we can not accommodate pets at The Grange Estate.

In observance of local ordinances, Foley Wines Dundee Hills has a no smoking policy throughout our entire premises, inclusive of tobacco, marijuana and vaping. Any violation of this policy will result in a $300 smoking fee, plus any damages.

We receive hundreds of requests each year for donations to worthy causes with valid needs. We do our best to support requests that are aligned with the mission and vision of Foley Wines Dundee Hills and our owners. Please submit your request to sales@foleyentertainmentgroup.com.
