The Farmstead

The farm is not decorative. It is functional.

Each element — from orchard trees to beehives to livestock — contributes to the vitality and balance of the estate. Together, they create a diversified ecosystem rooted in seasonality and stewardship.

Guests are invited to experience this system firsthand through casual experiences or guided tours.  Each welcome a true immersion into the Dundee Hills

THE BARN A Living Presence

The estate’s pigs, minitaure donkeys, goats, and chickens are part of daily farm life. Guided visits with our animal caretaker and guest ambassadors offer insight into how livestock support soil health, pasture rotation, and agricultural continuity.

These encounters are educational — and unexpectedly joyful.

THE ORCHARD & GARDEN Grown for the Table

The orchard yields seasonal fruit that appears in both the kitchen and the glass. The Chef’s Garden supplies herbs, greens, and vegetables that shape menus at Anthology.

Guests may join:

  • Twice-weekly Chef’s Garden Harvest & Tour

  • Seasonal orchard walks

  • Ingredient-led discussions with the culinary team

Here, flavor begins in the soil.
